The following school board meeting video was initially broadcast by Elmwood Park Community Unit School District 401 on January 21, 2026. It is republished here to promote transparency and accountability.
On November 19, 2025, Superintendent Dr. Leah Gauthier announced that the school district would no longer maintain a public archive of board meetings. Each regular board meeting video will only be available to the public until the next regular board meeting. (It was later uncovered by the Elmwood Park Advocate that the districct destroyed this entire archive of public records.)
As long as this is the school district’s policy, the Elmwood Park Advocate will republish regular board meeting videos to ensure that this information remains accessible to community residents.
Board meeting videos are posted without edits, additions, or anything removed. Aside from this voice over, this is the public record as it was created by the school district.
